According to reports, as the first-party studio of NetEase Games, Jackalope Games will be committed to creating new and exciting PC and console games.
Jackalope Games is led by industry veteran Jack Emmert, who has created games such as City of Heroes, Winterfell, Star Trek Online and DC Universe Online.
The report also highlighted that Jackalope Games is NetEase Games' first-party studio in the United States, but it will operate independently and maintain creative autonomy in game development and publishing.
The first project produced by Jackalope Games was fully funded by NetEase Games.
According to the previous 2021 financial report released by NetEase, NetEase Games has a net revenue of 62.8 billion yuan in 2021, and users have covered more than 200 countries and regions.
In addition to "Diablo: Immortal", NetEase Games also revealed that it will launch the console and mobile game version of "Forever Destruction" in the near future.
