On the afternoon of May 1, Huo Aimin, director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jingxing County, served as a promoter to introduce the Jingxing "Shidashi" wine that was selected into the "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hebei Province" and the "Yanzhao Old Brand" protection list.

Sitashi Distillery was built under the majestic Jingxing Hanging Cloud Mountain, and the winemaking skills have been passed down for more than 100 years. Seta stone wine originated from the "Qingtianlong" winery during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, and was founded by Zhao Liansheng, the ancestor of Zhao Liansheng in Weishui Village, Jingxing County, and the winemaking skills have been passed down through generations of families. Zhao Liansheng, who has been immersed in the distillery since childhood, not only mastered a full set of winemaking techniques, but also reopened the distillery that was suspended during the Cultural Revolution after the reform and opening up.

In the 1990s, Zhao Liansheng built the distillery in Zhuangzitou Village under the Hangyun Mountain, because there are thousand-year-old wells in the village, the well water is cool and soft, mellow and sweet, and it has been verified by experts to be a good spring for winemaking, and the "Shidashi" trademark comes from the beautiful legend of this ancient well.

According to legend, in the area around Zhuangzitou at the end of the Sui Dynasty, there was a severe drought for many years, and the villagers decided to dig a spring well in the village. When it was seven or eight meters deep, it encountered a mountain root stone larger than the wellhead, and the widow of the rich man of the village, He Widow, donated funds to dig the well, poured out the family property, and after being instructed by the immortals in his dream, he pushed the only property of the family into the bottom of the well, and finally the spring water rushed up. To this day, there is still a saying in Jingxing that "Zhuangzitou digs a well - stone hits a stone".

Shida Stone Wine continues the core technologies of "Qingtianlong" wine such as high-temperature koji making and high-temperature sizing, and comprehensively inherits the multi-grain winemaking production process taught by the ancestors. It has produced a series of "Shidashi" liquor products with regional characteristics, such as "Zhongshan Wang", "Cangshan Gong" and other brands, which have reached the national first-class standard of liquor, and have become popular in the domestic northern market with the personality advantages of "sweet, cotton, soft, net and fragrant".
