Kaiser recently introduced two mobile air compressors, the M30PE and the M255.

The new M30PE Mobilair mobile compressor is extremely lightweight, and this compact device delivers up to 100 cubic feet per minute (approximately 2.83 m/min) of flow at 100 psig and is optimized for very low noise and emission levels.

The compressor's housing is made of molded polymers with no scratches, anti-dentation and high temperature resistance, making it ideal for construction, demolition and other uses.

Standard features include a power-efficient Sigma Profile host and a reliable, fuel-efficient Kubota diesel engine that meets Final Tier 4 specifications. The all-in-one canopy allows fast access to all service points. Torsion bar suspension, oversized tires and a lightweight and compact design provide superior road handling and field maneuverability. The M30PE mobile compressor also features Kaiser's freeze protection control to protect and extend the life of pneumatic tools in cold weather. The compressor is available in a variety of sizes.

The M255 mobile compressor is another new product from Caissa. The M255 has two pressure ranges: 848-935 cu ft/min (approximately 24-26 m/min) and 125-150 psig; 696-900 cu ft/min (approximately 19.7-25.5 m/min) and 125-203 psig.

The M255 is the first mobile machine to feature the new Sigma Control Mobil 2, with intuitive touchscreen controls providing real-time operating data. As standard, Caesars' unique pV control allows the equipment pressure to be adjusted in 1 psi increments. This intelligent controller optimizes the suitability of compressed air and improves fuel efficiency. It has a diesel particulate filter and an SCR catalytic converter, so the accompanying Cummins 6-cylinder diesel engine fully complies with the U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards.
