In this industry where boys gather, Zhu Huishan's strength cannot be underestimated. In the first National Skills Competition in 2020, Zhu Huishan represented Guangdong in the automotive painting project competition, won the fifth place, and also won the title of "National Technical Expert".

In the summer of 2017, Zhu Huishan changed her major from "e-commerce" to "automobile maintenance", becoming the only female student majoring in automobile maintenance at Guangzhou Traffic Technician College.
In the field of car maintenance, girls have a clear disadvantage, that is, lack of physical fitness. Zhu Huishan remembers that once when the tire was removed, the male classmate immediately carried it to install the screws, and she carried it for a long time before she installed it.
