Dealing with friends, dealing with a few cultured people, you slowly and slowly follow people, you will also improve. Every day, no matter what kind of book, you have to read one or two hours a day. Wang Ai'ai benefited a lot from the teachings of the leadership, she is a person with a heart in life, and she has done it for many years. Every day, I read books for one or two hours, and I have read Shakespeare's books, "Dream of the Red Chamber", "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", "Golden Plum Bottle", and Ba Jin's books. Especially "Dream of the Red Chamber", which has been read three times before and after, portrays the character of the characters in the book, so that she has a lot of inspiration when shaping characters on the stage. She especially liked Xue Baochao, liked her generosity, even if Dai Yu gave her nails to touch her, she did not care, according to Wang Ai'ai's words: "This can be harmonious, happy, and happy." ”

Some students asked why the audience who sang "Ming GongJue" also had no reaction, but Teacher Wang sang it to make the audience shed tears? Wang Ai'ai said: "First of all, we must start from the character, and secondly, we must start from the plot, you have to wonder, is my singing voice in line with this character?" You just stand there and sing, an actor stands there and sings, and you don't turn the actor into a person in the play. If you turn the actor into a person in the play, do you see that he can't impress the audience? Indeed, feelings are the soul of the singing voice, and sincerity of emotions can obtain great artistic effects. The feelings expressed by Wang Ai'ai are all flowing from the heart, so it is easy to resonate with the audience and produce moving artistic power.

Wang Ai'ai believes that the reason why people love to listen to her singing voice is mainly because they like to listen to her sing with charm. Therefore, she asked her disciples that whenever they got the score, they must look at it carefully, and they could not take the score and just look at it and think that they could sing. Some musical scores have a lot of musical prompts in small places, some actors know how to sing in the singing voice, some actors will not, just dryly sing according to the singing voice on the score, no ups and downs, no depression, not beautiful. In fact, singing is also the same as people's cultivation, often read books, talk to learned people, can be improved.

What moved Wang Ai'ai the most was the professionalism of the teachers in the college. The opera teacher gives a lecture, and the teaching fee is only a dozen yuan, but the teachers are still so dedicated. Now, the opera is sluggish, the source of students is poor, and some students have a guide board in "Three High-Fives", the teacher can teach for a week, and the students can't remember. In this regard, the teacher still teaches seriously. Some students do not study hard, just to get a diploma, after graduation do not plan to engage in opera career, study without care, but the teacher still has to teach seriously. So, hard!

For the current problems in opera, Wang Ai'ai hopes to be solved while he is anxious, but more importantly, he is still full of confidence in the future. She said: "I am old, and I want to teach the art that the party has cultivated me to all the students. Now, it is very gratifying to become the inheritor of the state-level Jin opera, which is the care of the party and the love of the masses, and he must live up to this reputation, live to learn from the old, actively keep up with the times, and call the Jin opera to keep up with the times. Especially in the current situation of opera, I am not discouraged, I believe that opera still has a brilliant day. To live one day, we must love and care for the cause of Jinju opera for a day, be responsible for the future generation for a day, and look forward to the future for a day. ”

It is gratifying that on June 12, 2008, she was also awarded the representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage of Shanxi Province, and was able to pass on the name of this art.

Wang Ai'ai said this and did the same. She taught for the children of the college, set up the "Wang Ai Ai Xi Opera Studio", held the "Ai Ai Lu" training class, tutored the "Ding Niu Guo Ji" genre training class to sing, went to Hong Kong to give lectures, sent opera to the campus, and worked all day long, sparing no effort for the inheritance of the Jin opera cause.
