Casio announced the launch of the latest member of the G-SHOCK brand of shock-resistant watches. Toshiba: 150V N-channel power MOSFETs
Toshiba Electronic Components & Storage Corporation launched the 150V N-channel power MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) "TPH9R00CQH". The product uses the latest generation process "U-MOSX-H" for switching power supplies in industrial equipment, including equipment deployed in data centers and communication base stations.
