"May Day" International Labor Day is approaching, in order to ensure the safe and smooth operation of gas during the festival, the Safety Committee of Xilan Group carried out a pre-holiday gas safety inspection of all production and operation stations from April 27 to 28, 2022. According to the Notice of Xi'an Municipal Development and Reform Commission on Effectively Doing a Good Job in Natural Gas Power Security and Safe Production during the "May Day" Period, the Notice of Lantian County Gas Management Service Center on Strengthening the Safety Management of Gas Safety during the "May Day" Holiday, and the Notice of Xilan Group's "Implementation Plan for Gas Safety Investigation and Rectification Work", the "Fifteen Hard Measures" for accurate benchmarking safety production focus on key areas and key links, comprehensively check the hidden dangers of gas safety, and effectively prevent and resolve safety risks.
The safety inspection team went deep into the Hongqing production area, Hongqingmen Station, Lantianmen Station, Fangnan Gas Station, Changle Gas Station, Lantian Gas Station and other production and operation stations to carry out all-round and drag-net safety production inspections, further strengthen safety inspections in key areas, links and time periods, and effectively implement management responsibilities and main responsibilities.
In the safety inspection, the inspection team personnel focused on inspecting the safe operation of the operation area, process area, equipment area and dangerous transport vehicles of each station: the implementation of the safety responsibility of the inspection station, the management ledger, various inspection records, emergency drills and material reserves: the operation of fire, security, and explosion-proof facilities: inspect the long pipelines, valve wells, signs and other facilities of the pipeline network, check the critical point facilities and the safe gas use of the catering industry; check the implementation of safety and quality, technical specifications and safety protection measures at the construction site of the project. Operators must be certified to work, construction fire, personnel protection measures inspection.
During the inspection, Hu Changfeng, deputy director of the Safety Committee, demanded that all production and operation stations should firmly establish the bottom line thinking of safe production, strengthen the safety production work during the epidemic prevention and control period, strictly implement various prevention and control measures, resolutely adhere to the bottom line of safe production, and normalize the safety production and epidemic prevention and control work.
