A quarter of the Peva bloodline
One thing that the film never mentions about Fleur Delacour is that she's not exactly human. While she is not usually considered to contain three-quarters of her human ancestry, she also has a quarter that does not belong to humans. And that part belongs to the Peva bloodline. Mia is a beautiful species known for its ability to confuse men. Fleur is only part of her bloodline that belongs to Eva, which comes from her grandmother. As a result, her abilities were greatly weakened, but this did not affect the boys she had inadvertently fallen in love with at Hogwarts, such as the hapless Ron Weasley.
Very special wand

There is an unfriendly nickname
A lot of people have a tendency to give others nicknames, and sometimes those nicknames are friendly, but not all of this behavior is friendly. Although Fleur de Lakour is a beautiful and charming character, at this point she is not spared because of her beauty. Fleur, while living at the Weasleys, didn't seem to do her best to please the family, especially the women in the family. So Ginny gave the young woman a nickname: "Phlegm." It's really unfriendly, but it does seem to make Ginny feel a little better when Fleur can't get along well with her mother.
Loyalty to love
By the time Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince appeared, Fleur and Bill were happily engaged. Although something happened during the Battle of the Astronomy Tower (the battle at the end of the novel is later known), this did not change the relationship between Fleur and Bill. During this fight, Bill is seriously injured by the werewolf Fenrir, and there are fears that he too will turn into a werewolf, but it is not. Mrs. Weasley thought Fleur would leave Bill because of this, but in fact she was wrong. Fleur proves to everyone that she is willing to stay with Bill no matter what happens, and that she loves more than just his appearance. This isn't the first time she's ever been, nor the last to prove how loyal she is to trustworthy people.
Share her beauty
Fleur's early appearance in the novel gives the impression that her beauty is a prominent feature—making her a flower in a bush of thorns. But then, it became increasingly apparent that when she was truly happy, her beauty would be shared by all the people she cherished. At her wedding, Harry noticed that everyone around her looked refreshed, and even Bill, who had a scar on his face, suddenly became energetic. There is no doubt that this has something to do with Fleur's emotional state, and Eva's traits seem to have the ability to show this beauty beyond people's expectations and affect everyone with the good side.
Like a nurse who takes care of everything
Time and time again, Fleur seems to step up to care for the injured and frightened. First, we see her caring for her fiancé Bill, who doesn't hesitate to help him clean up his wounds and find the best treatment for him. Later, she took in Harry, Hermione, Ron, and their rescued friends. Even when it meant taking care of the frail Ollivander and the angry Pull Ring from his injuries, she didn't seem to mind at all. Even if those she cares about don't seem grateful for it, she feels like she's just doing what needs to be done, and she's not seeking recognition or reciprocation.
Awards, parenting and glamour
The end of the Second Wizarding War brought some changes to Fleur's life, and she received the Medal of Honor of the French and British Ministries of Magic for her participation in the Battle of Hogwarts. Later, Fleur became a mother of three children, their names were Victoria, Dominic and Louis Weasley, so the Weasley family grew a lot.
Many of the characters in Harry Potter seem to have their own magical expertise, or at least their own preferences. As far as Fleur is concerned, she does have something to show off, and she is very proficient in charm, as can be seen from her bubble head charm. She also excels at nonverbal magic. Although her heart always seemed to rest on her family magic, this was the most we saw her use after the Triwizard Tournament.
