Zhang Xuejun, the attending physician of the emergency orthopedic department, did debridement treatment for Mr. Chen, performed incision after local anesthesia, and finally used forceps to slowly clip the fish hook out of the muscle layer, after disinfection and bandaging, the doctor injected Mr. Chen with tetanus immunoglobulin, and instructed him that the wound was not wet for nearly 1 week, and he also needed to disinfect and change the dressing regularly.
Tao Lixuan, director of the emergency department of Wuhan Puren Hospital, reminds fishing friends that they must take good protection and pay attention to their own safety when fishing. The fish hook has a barb to prevent the fish from decoupling, once accidentally pierced into the skin and flesh, it is generally difficult to take out by themselves, but it will be pulled more and more to run in, the greater the harm to the human body.
