Most of these new projects are old renovation projects and TOD superstructure property projects, of which The new projects in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Huizhou, Jiangmen and Zhongshan in Guangdong accounted for two-thirds, and Changsha in Hunan, Dali in Yunnan and Liuzhou in Guangxi were also the key expansion areas in the southern region of Vanke in the first half of this year.

For the southern region of Vanke, which is in the overall transformation period of Vanke Group, catching up has become a difficult action.
