On the morning of April 12, 2021, weifang human resources practitioners vocational skills improvement special action service project - leading talent training was officially launched. Dong Jinzhong, deputy director of Weifang Public Employment and Talent Service Center, relevant responsible comrades of employment centers in various districts, wu Qingjun, director and professor of the School of Labor and Personnel of Chinese University, director of the Institute of Labor Relations of Chinese University, and 51 trainees held the opening ceremony at the Beijing Huwan Hotel.
At the opening ceremony, Dong Jinzhong, deputy director of Weifang Public Employment and Talent Service Center, made a speech on the background, purpose and significance of the training, and put forward strict requirements for the specific implementation and effect of the project. Zhang Guoqing, chairman of the Zhongguancun Jiayi Strategic Emerging Industry Talent Development Center, gave a detailed explanation of the implementation plan of the project.

The 2021 leading talent training is hosted by Weifang Public Employment and Talent Service Center and undertaken by Zhongguancun Jiayi Strategic Emerging Industry Talent Development Center. The trainees covered 6 districts and 8 counties and cities in our city, with a total of 200 people, and were held in 4 phases. The content of the training is combined with the development plan of Weifang Human Resources Service Industry and the actual situation of the team of practitioners, led by party building, guided by industry needs, and based on ability training, highlighting the applicability, practicality and forward-looking nature of the training content. The curriculum includes modules such as party building, strategic planning, and operation management, which have high theoretical and strong practical characteristics.
There were a total of 51 students in this seminar, and after the opening ceremony, Professor Wu Qingjun began the day's lecture. In the next 6 days, the trainees will complete the intense and enriching course content learning and practice through theoretical learning, case sharing, workshop discussion, sand table exercises, observation and exchanges, etc.
