The Wannseekonferenz Conference ( German : Wannseekonferenz ) was a meeting of Nazi German officials to discuss the "Final Solution to the Jewish Question" (Endlösung der Judenfrage), held on January 20, 1942, at a villa in Vansee in southwest Berlin. The conference implemented the systematic Holocaust.
This film is a new version, and other versions of the Wanhu Conference were broadcast in 1984 and 2001.
On 20 January 1942, Reinhard Heydrich, chief of the Nazi German secret police, summoned senior officials from 14 German ministries, including Heinrich Müller, the head of the secret service, the Gestapo.
A meeting was held at Villa 58, Wanhu Road, on the outskirts of Berlin, to study the plan for the systematic massacre of Jews on a large scale, and the meeting adopted a resolution on the "final solution to the Jewish question", proposing that the "final solution" would be to transport the Jews to the East for labor, "most of which will undoubtedly be exterminated by their natural reduction", and "the last remaining part of the strongest resistance must be dealt with accordingly."
