In July 2010, Wu Guorui became deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee (at the level of the main office), and a year later, his position was added to the secretary of the party group and director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bureau of Letters and Visits, and concurrently served as the deputy secretary general of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government.

In April 2020, Wu Guorui stepped down as executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and became vice chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The Guanhai Liberation Bureau noted that during Wu Guorui's tenure of office in the Ordos Municipal People's Procuratorate, Yun Guangzhong served as deputy secretary and mayor of the Ordos Municipal CPC Committee.

In addition, he is also a subordinate of the "tiger" Xing Yun. From December 2006 to February 2012, Xing Yun served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In March 2018, Bai Jirong was appointed as an inspector of the office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Institutional Establishment Committee (at the level of the main office).

The other is Zhao Baosheng, a member of the party group and deputy director of the Land and Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, who has retired for 9 years.

Born in December 1951, Zhao Baosheng served as the leader of the 11th Golden Detachment of the Armed Police, the chief of the 1st Gold Corps of the Armed Police, the member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Geological and Mining Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Land and Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and retired in January 2012.
