Wu Guorui, born in April 1960, Wenshui County, Shanxi Province, graduate degree, began working in August 1983.
He has worked in the political and legal system for a long time. In November 2003, Wu Guorui was appointed Secretary of the Party Group of the Ordos Municipal People's Procuratorate, and later chief procurator.
In July 2010, Wu Guorui became deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee (at the level of the main office), and a year later, his position was added to the secretary of the party group and director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bureau of Letters and Visits, and concurrently served as the deputy secretary general of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government.
In April 2020, Wu Guorui stepped down as executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and became vice chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the 13th People's Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The Guanhai Liberation Bureau noted that during Wu Guorui's tenure of office in the Ordos Municipal People's Procuratorate, Yun Guangzhong served as deputy secretary and mayor of the Ordos Municipal CPC Committee.
In addition, he is also a subordinate of the "tiger" Xing Yun. From December 2006 to February 2012, Xing Yun served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In May 2019, Zheng Jun was appointed as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Transportation Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.

Born in December 1951, Zhao Baosheng served as the leader of the 11th Golden Detachment of the Armed Police, the chief of the 1st Gold Corps of the Armed Police, the member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Geological and Mining Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Land and Resources Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and retired in January 2012.

A total of 4,030 coal-related enterprises have been verified, and 2,017 problematic enterprises have been identified, and 5,261 specific problems have been found;
Organize and mobilize more than 1.39 million public employees who have served in party and government organs, public institutions, state-owned enterprises at all levels or who have served since 2000 to voluntarily report that they, their spouses, children and their spouses have accepted property and property from coal-related enterprises, invested in coal-related enterprises, used coal resources for private interests, and dereliction of duty, and 3,413 people took the initiative to report that there were relevant problems, including 27 at the departmental level, involving a profit amount of 7.57 billion yuan;
