- The owners love to drink tea and ask for a special tea tasting area to be designed in the villa for the owners to drink tea.
- The owner attaches great importance to the child's cultural education, and requires that a separate study or a special learning area be designed in the child's bedroom for the child's study and use.
01 Floor plan
According to the owner's design requirements, the designer redesigned and divided the space around the new house, and made the following layout plan:
- The first floor is set up as the living area of the villa, where the dining room, kitchen, living room and other areas are set up for the daily activities of the family.
- According to the owner's request, the elderly room where the elderly live is also set up on the first floor.
- The second and third floors are used as rest areas, with a master bedroom and a boys' room on the second floor for owners and children. A separate study is set up in the master bedroom to meet the owner's requirements.
- On the third floor, there is a girls' room for girls to live in, and the space of the girls' room can be set up as a separate study room for girls to study. Set up the indoor space vacated outside the bedroom as a tea tasting area for the owner to drink tea.
02 Living room
The landscape outside the new house is full of natural vitality, the living room uses floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is wide, so that the outdoor natural scenery can be projected into the living room without reservation, so that the living room is also full of life.
The main body of the living room sofa is made of lead gray, which is combined with the simple modern shape of the sofa, which looks atmospheric and stable.
The dark sofa is flanked by a single sofa in the color of Hermès orange, which enriches the color of the living room and makes the living room full of vitality.
The TV background wall in the living room is made of large pieces of patterned marble, and the natural pattern stretches naturally, bringing a gorgeous temperament to the living room.

03 Restaurant
