The launch of the new Land Rover Defender has become a toy for the rich, and no matter how good its real off-road performance is, it is special enough. Created by Bowler Motorsport, the Land Rover model modified by Drew Bowler in the early years had excellent performance in off-road and rally competitions, and was officially recognized, and in 2019 it was acquired to join the official high-performance department of SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) to create the official high-performance model. The prop model in the 007 movie is also created by Bowler Motorsport, and due to the enthusiastic response, it has launched a commercially available version of the modification kit, in addition to the 130 pickup version, it can also be used for the Guardian 90 or 110.
Major modifications to the kit include the Bowler "Fast Road" reinforced suspension system, shock absorbers with pull-even, 16-inch Beadlock wheels, 37-inch off-road tires, Warn Zeon-10S winch, external roll cage and roof rack, roof searchlights and more, and most notably rescue cables around the front of the car.
In terms of power, the original 2.4-liter diesel engine has been modified in the second order, which increases the horsepower and torque, and the ability to get out of trouble is guaranteed.
The interior was largely in keeping with the original style, and the seats were replaced with leather barrel seats with better wrapping.
This is undoubtedly a very classic old guard modification work, coupled with the blessing of the 007 movie, its value and retention rate have soared at once, becoming a sought-after commodity in the market.
