method
1. Peel the white shrimp into shrimp kernels (keep the shrimp head), open the back, remove the intestinal puree, marinate with marinade; remove the stems of beef tomatoes and cut into small pieces; slice the tofu; chop the garlic into minced; cut the green onion flowers; remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into two halves.
