Punch Point (1) County Library
The Changshan County Library has a total collection of more than 380,000 volumes, including 3,622 volumes of 423 kinds of ancient books; more than 80 kinds of newspapers and periodicals, 12,045 volumes, of which "People's Daily" and "Zhejiang Daily" have been collected since 1949, and have the most comprehensive local literature in the county (including the original "Chronicle of Changshan County" in the Guangxu Period, the copy of the "Chronicle of Changshan County" during the Qing Kangxi Period, and the vast majority of professional chronicles and famous writings in changshan in the county); 362 kinds of newspapers and periodicals are now subscribed to. The library has held more than 200 online and offline reading promotion activities such as "Swallow Mother Goes to the Study", "Approaching Mancheng, Listening to Children's Voices", and Changtu Public Welfare Class throughout the year, with more than 10,000 participants. In May 2021, it became one of the first batch of "satisfactory libraries" in the province to meet the standards.

Purple Harbor Technology Theme Nankong Bookstore
Zigang Science and Technology Theme Nankong Bookstore is rebuilt from the Zigang Street Cultural Station. Walking into the door, the corridor is spacious and bright, and there are a number of children's science and technology facilities on both sides, where children can explore scientific principle experiments such as semiconductor refrigeration, air conditioning principles, book suspension balls, and cutting-edge discharge. Through the corridor door opening, there is the main reading area, including adult reading area, children's area and multi-functional activity area, there are multiple seats suitable for collective discussion and communication, and there are also leisure sofas suitable for lying flat.

Renmin Road South Kong Book House
The Nankong Bookstore on Renmin Road covers an area of 130 square meters, has a collection of 20,000 books, and has 32 reading seats. Digital reform is vividly reflected in the bookstore: "headphone forest", electronic reading machines, and newspaper machines are placed in the corner of the bookstore to meet the reading needs of readers.

Tianma Road South Hole Bookstore
Tianma Road South Confucius Bookstore covers an area of 120 square meters, with a collection of 8,000 books, covering Categories such as Chinese and foreign literature, health and wellness, and children's books, which fully meet the reading needs of different readers.

Armed Police Changshan Squadron Nankong Book House
The Nankong Bookstore of the Changshan Squadron of the Armed Police Force covers an area of 150 square meters and has a collection of more than 2,000 books, which is a multi-functional rest space integrating book lending and coffee leisure bar. The overall interior design of the bookstore is warm and has the characteristics of a military camp.
