Key points of government affairs disclosure work in 2022

To do a good job in making government affairs transparent in 2022, we must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the 19th Plenary Sessions, adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress in a stable manner, accelerate the transformation of the function of open government affairs, serve the work of the party and the state center, focus on deepening the openness of government affairs around helping the stable and healthy development of the economy and maintaining social harmony and stability, improving the quality of policy disclosure, and consolidating the foundation of open work, and better play the functions of promoting implementation with openness and strengthening supervision. Greet the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Party with practical actions.

First, openness to help the stable and healthy development of the economy

(1) Strengthen information disclosure involving market entities. Enhance the transparency and predictability of policy formulation and implementation, boost the confidence of market players, and continue to create a market-oriented and rule-of-law international business environment. Increase the disclosure of support policies for catering, accommodation, retail, culture, tourism, passenger transport and other industries that have been seriously affected by the epidemic, and promote the stabilization of employment and the recovery of consumption. Establish a handling and feedback mechanism for market entities to reflect the approval of investment and engineering construction projects, respond to and solve the problem of "blocking points" in a timely manner, and promote the optimization of the investment and construction environment. Continue to advance anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition law enforcement information disclosure efforts, creating a market environment of honesty, law-abiding, and fair competition for the standardized and healthy development of all types of market entities.

(2) Strengthen the disclosure of information related to tax reduction and fee reduction.
