Li Xiaoxia was born on June 21, 1988 in Anshan, Liaoning Province. In 1998, Li Xiaoxia was selected for the Shandong Sports Team, and in 2001, she was selected for the Second National Table Tennis Team, and was promoted to the First Team the following year.
