Adhere to strict law enforcement supervision, make every effort to standardize the order of the city, actively sign 2350 copies of the "Five Guarantees of Responsibility in Front of the Door" with various operating merchants and construction units, adopt management modes such as patrolling and tracking inspection at the wrong time, combine long-term mechanisms with irregular centralized rectification, strengthen management measures, and actively carry out special rectification activities such as super store operation, occupied road operation, mobile vendors, random stalls, and slag sand and gravel transport vehicles, and rectify a total of 28 super store operations and zhandao operations, and ban 11 random stalls. There were 12 random piles, 9 illegal acts of slag and sand and gravel transport vehicles were investigated and punished, 60 people were criticized and educated, and 29 "Notices of Order rectification" were issued.
Implement urban appearance and environmental sanitation improvement. Adhere to good environmental sanitation, make every effort to enhance the image of civilization, focus on rectifying the dead corners around the county and the environmental sanitation of the urban-rural junction, clean 276 "cowhide fresh" advertisements, 26 door plaques, and control the indiscriminate posting of slogans in 58 places, normalize the washing of the main and secondary streets of the county, scrubb "urban furniture" such as seats, road signs, guardrails, bus stop signs, and vigorously rectify the behaviors of littering cigarette butts, littering, spitting on the ground, and smearing chewing gum. Adopt the wrong-time management mode, carry out comprehensive sprinkling of water and dust on the main and secondary streets of Dongxiang County in the morning, mid-evening, uninterrupted dust removal operations on the main and secondary streets of Dongxiang County, and comprehensive comprehensive management of environmental sanitation as the focus of Dongxiang County North Ring Road, creating a good civilized environment.
Implement the construction and maintenance of municipal facilities. Adhere to the improvement of municipal facilities, make every effort to improve the living environment, timely repair 23 wellheads of various types, replace 49 sets of manhole covers, sporadically remove 1540 cubic meters of silt, replace 36 sets of rainwater grate wells, dredge 790 meters of rainwater sewage pipes, dredge 1290 meters of side canals and ditches, and make every effort to ensure the normal functioning of various municipal facilities. The street lights in various sections of the county are regularly overhauled, 26 street lights of various types are replaced, and 650 meters of street lamps are installed to further improve the lighting rate. Treat 7 facades of damaged county street buildings and 11 damaged pavements, regularly maintain sanitation vehicles, repair and paint 145 garbage bins and garbage cans, and continuously check and rectify 40 public toilets in the county.
In the next step, the county urban management bureau will establish a new mechanism for urban management in accordance with the requirements of the establishment, implement the "five certainties" management of timing, quota, post, responsibility, and reward and punishment, increase the intensity of duty in areas with frequent violations of regulations and key areas, and vigorously improve the appearance of counties and cities and environmental sanitation on the basis of daily inspections and centralized rectification.
