The water inlet water of the enterprise is designed to be 160m3/d, which is derived from soaking bean water, slurry separation wastewater, pressing wastewater, etc. Among them, the organic concentration of this type of wastewater is high (COD concentration is as high as 20000mg/L), and the concentration of suspended solids is high (SS concentration is as high as 11000mg/L), so it has a little difficulty.
According to the characteristics of this type of wastewater, we use physical precipitation and chemical precipitation for pretreatment. Under the treatment of various devices, the COD concentration of effluent after chemical precipitation is reduced to 5000mg/L, and the index can be stabilized into the subsequent biochemical system.
The biochemical system is divided into anaerobic biological treatment and aerobic biological treatment according to the oxygen demand of microorganisms, and through anaerobic biological treatment, the macromolecular pollutants in the wastewater can be decomposed, and then small molecular pollutants are formed, which is more conducive to subsequent aerobic biological treatment.
The COD concentration of the effluent treated by anaerobic biological treatment is reduced to about 550mg/L, and the COD concentration of the effluent treated by aerobic biological treatment is below 50mg/L, and the index is better than the specified limit.
