The biochemical system is divided into anaerobic biological treatment and aerobic biological treatment according to the oxygen demand of microorganisms, and through anaerobic biological treatment, the macromolecular pollutants in the wastewater can be decomposed, and then small molecular pollutants are formed, which is more conducive to subsequent aerobic biological treatment.

The COD concentration of the effluent treated by anaerobic biological treatment is reduced to about 550mg/L, and the COD concentration of the effluent treated by aerobic biological treatment is below 50mg/L, and the index is better than the specified limit.
