Solicitation targets
This event is open to the whole society to collect creative design works, individuals or organizations can submit articles.
Solicitation Requirements
(1) Municipal volunteer service brand and LOGO design requirements
1. The municipal volunteer service brand should integrate the red cultural elements of Ganzhou, highlight the volunteer spirit of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress", and fully display the external image and characteristics of volunteer service in our city.
2. Logo design should be to the point, the composition is novel, the creativity is unique, concise and easy to remember, easy to understand; the visual image is distinct and the recognition is high; the color graphic design is adopted, which can be hand-drawn or produced by using drawing software; it has strong artistic expression and visual appeal to avoid complicated or excessive abstract patterns; it is coordinated with the municipal volunteer service brand style and reflected in the LOGO through graphics, patterns and other forms.
3. The submitted works must be positive and upward, and should consider the long-term use of various carriers and environments of volunteer service in our city, such as the operability of various carriers such as news reports, cultural publicity, activity environment layout, urban and rural building walls, albums, business cards, work permits, etc., which can be clearly displayed in different proportions and sizes.
4. The work is required to be original.
(2) Volunteer service brand slogan design requirements
1. The brand slogan must have strong appeal, easy to resonate with people, can play a role in uniting and rallying volunteers in different fields, and make the volunteer service brand deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
2. The brand slogan requires short sentences, simple and fluent, easy to spread, and the number of words is controlled within 20 words.
Activity flow
1. Application for submission (April 18 to May 18). This event is mainly conducted in the form of online submissions. Entrants will send their entries to the email address: [email protected], contact number: 0797-8996093.
2. Online voting (May 23 to May 29). After the collection of works is completed, the Propaganda Department of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee (Municipal Civilization Office) will conduct a preliminary selection according to the requirements of the collection. Through the preliminary selection of works online for a week of public display and online voting, from high to low, the top 10 works in each category of votes are selected and enter the expert review process.
4. Expert review (May 30 to June 6). In accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, organize relevant experts to conduct professional evaluations of works selected by online voting.
5. Announcement of results. The Propaganda Department of the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee (Ganzhou Municipal Civilization Office) announced the shortlisted works on the official website, WeChat public account, TELEVISION and other municipal media before June 10, and carried out follow-up work.
Awards
The volunteer service LOGO logo and municipal volunteer service brand, slogan collection and selection activities set up the first, second and third prizes, the Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department (Municipal Civilization Office) issued certificates to the award-winning works, and gave pre-tax bonuses of 3,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan and 1,000 yuan respectively.
Post request
1. For personal submissions, please indicate "author name + image design solicitation + mobile phone number", and please indicate the ID card number, contact information and other information in the email.
2. For group submissions, please indicate "author name or organization name + image design solicitation + mobile phone number", and please truthfully indicate the ID card number, contact information, work unit and other information of the first creator or legal representative of the institution in the email.
3. Contributors must send a creative description of the work (within 300 words of a single type of work).
Special Notice
1. The design style and type of the applied works are not limited, but they should comply with the provisions of Chinese laws and the requirements of public order and good customs in Chinese society.
2. Contributors must ensure that the submitted works do not infringe on the copyrights of others, such as legal disputes involving copyright, the contributors shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities, and cancel the qualifications for winning and recover the prize prizes.
3. Once the entries are submitted, the applicants shall be deemed to have agreed that the organizers have the intellectual property rights to the participating works, and the organizers have the right to modify, publish and use the participating works.
4. During the solicitation period, the applicant shall not transfer or authorize the application work to a third party for use, and shall not participate in other activities that are the same or similar to this activity.
5. There is no registration fee for this activity, and the submitted manuscripts are not refunded, so please keep the manuscript for verification when winning the award.
6. If there are the same or similar works in the submitted works, the works in the former will be selected according to the order of submission.
7. Winners who apply in the name of the group or institution shall receive the award by the first creator or the legal representative of the institution.
8. The final interpretation right of this solicitation belongs to the organizer.
