The first phase of the project has a total land area of 440 mu and a total construction area of 253,000 square meters, which is composed of 7 steel structure factories, 4 multi-storey factories, 3 warehousing plants, 2 dormitories and 1 comprehensive building, some of which will provide customized services according to the needs of enterprises.
