In the epidemic prevention and control work, Jinyuan District has comprehensively promoted the use of "place codes" to achieve full coverage of the "place code" scan codes in public places, ensure that the people in the jurisdiction travel in an orderly manner, accurately trace information, and build a normalized "data fence" for epidemic prevention and control.
The "place code" is a proprietary two-dimensional code used by residents entering public places, and scanning the code is an important measure for the normalization, precision and informatization of epidemic prevention and control. In view of the severity, complexity and repetitiveness of the epidemic, combined with the actual situation of urban and rural staggered areas, Jinyuan District will take the "place code" scanning code verification work as a key part of epidemic prevention and control, set up a special class for code verification in public places, hold special meetings, formulate work plans, clarify the division of responsibilities, arrange and deploy the full coverage of the promotion and use of "three codes" in public places in the whole district, and issue the "Notice on Strictly Implementing the Verification of Codes in Public Places for Epidemic Prevention and Control". All responsible units, towns (streets), and villages (communities) take active actions to comprehensively map out the residents and the main body of management of public places, establish ledgers, organize mobilization, publicity and promotion, supervision and inspection, and ensure that every public place must be swept, every sweep must be inspected, problems must be reported, accurately used, and no one is missed.
Since April 16, the Special Class for Code Verification in Public Places for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Jinyuan District, together with departments and units such as health and sports, urban management, markets, and towns, has begun to conduct on-site supervision of the posting and scanning of codes in more than 280 public places such as "place code" posting and scanning code verification in various stores, institutions, and communities in Jinyuan Street from three main aspects, such as "whether to post in a conspicuous position", "whether to implement every entry must be swept", "whether to be on duty at the entrance and exit of places", and to publicize and promote the "place code" to managers and operators of public places. Use the exception handling method.
The inspection found that some places also have problems such as unobtrusive posting positions, special personnel on duty, and "every entry must be swept" is not strict. In response to the problems found, more than 60 times of criticism and education were carried out on the spot, and the rectification requirements were put forward within a time limit, requiring managers and operators to effectively perform their main responsibilities, immediately strengthen the use of management, and effectively implement the use of "place codes".
The person in charge of the special class for code verification in public places in Jinyuan District said that the intensity and frequency of supervision and inspection will be increased, and the problems found will be severely punished, and the business premises that have not yet applied for the "place code" will be shut down immediately as soon as they are found; if they cannot be "swept in every time" or the personnel who find problems are not reported in time, they will be punished by rectification within a time limit and suspension of business in accordance with laws and regulations, so as to ensure full coverage of the use of the "place code" and build a normalized "data fence" for epidemic prevention and control.
