At 10:00 a.m. on the 28th, Wang Moubo and others received a notice from the community staff in their household registration area: because a case of asymptomatic infection was confirmed in a hotel in Zaozhuang where 7 people lived, Wang Moubo and 7 other people were judged to be close contacts, and according to the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control, they were required to report on the spot and wait for isolation, but 7 people did not wait for isolation in the same place, but participated in exhibition and sales promotions on the morning of the same day, and went to multiple stores to shop and return to the hotel. At the same time, the Xinhua Road police station investigated and dealt with Wang's failure to carry out exhibition and promotion gathering activities without authorization in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and Li's failure to truthfully report to the community in accordance with regulations that Wang Moubo and 7 other close contacts from other places had entered the community and checked in for them.
Wang Moubo and 7 other people, as well as Wang mou and Li mou, seriously violated the epidemic prevention and control regulations, refused to implement government decisions and orders under the state of emergency, and ignored the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, resulting in a total of 56 people in Linqing City being isolated, bringing great risks and hidden dangers to the epidemic prevention and control work in Linqing City. According to the provisions of the first paragraph of article 50 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, the Linqing Municipal Public Security Bureau imposed an administrative punishment of 9 days of administrative detention on Wang Moubo and 7 others, and an administrative punishment of 7 days of administrative detention on Wang and Li in accordance with the law.
