I look at these goods, most of which are sent by the patient's family, are some disposable urine pads, napkins, and protein powder and other nutritional products...
Think about these family members, in this special period, the elderly are sick and hospitalized, can not accompany, can not visit, can not send things, can only use this way to express some of the things that the elderly need, too difficult, I know, call the courier is also very difficult.
Because it was a rainy day, plus disinfectant water spraying, some of the wrapping paper of the goods were rotten, revealing the contents of the inside, I saw that there was a bag with some toothpaste, I guess it should be a doctor and nurse in a certain ward, must be the same as me, thinking that the sealing control will not be long, the daily necessities brought with it are not a lot, so it is not enough.
When the delivery was being delivered, she received a message that a family member in a ward reported that she had not received the goods, so she immediately helped her find and inquire, and later found that because the volunteers were concentrated in 3 to 5 p.m. delivery, they had just received it.
The two of us finally delivered all the goods on the shelves safely to the nurses in each ward at 5 o'clock, and then distributed them to the patients' beds, and our volunteer work was completed.
Extraordinary times have changed and worked, and I never thought that one day, I would push a small cart and go to delivery from house to house, and I would wear big white and shoe covers and volunteer at the hospital where I worked.
