Notice of Declaration of Entry of Cargo Vehicles arriving in Shenzhen
In order to prevent the risk of the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic through the road freight transport link and further do a good job in the prevention and control of the epidemic in our city, we hereby announce the following matters related to the declaration of freight vehicles in medium- and high-risk areas in China:
1. Objects of declaration
Cargo vehicles and drivers and passengers who have a history of travel in the city where the medium and high-risk areas are located within 14 days and are ready to enter Shenzhen.
2. Declaration process
Relevant vehicle drivers and passengers can pay attention to the "Shenzhen Transportation" public account 24 hours before the arrival of the freight vehicle in Shenzhen, click "Microservices", select "Truck Entry Declaration", fill in the relevant information according to the page guidelines, and generate an exclusive QR code.
Third, the inspection is smooth
After arriving in Shenzhen, the freight vehicle should take the initiative to show the two-dimensional code in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, cooperate with inspection, sampling and testing, and obey the guidance of the epidemic prevention and control staff. Drivers and passengers should consciously abide by the epidemic prevention regulations during the deep period.
Fourth, warm reminder
Please request the relevant vehicle drivers to make a declaration in accordance with the requirements, carefully check it when declaring, ensure that the information is true and accurate, and apply for or update the "Yue Kang Code" in advance to facilitate smooth passage. Failure to make a declaration of entry into Shenzhen as required and the occurrence of an epidemic transmission event will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law.

Step 1:
Follow and enter the "Shenzhen Transportation" WeChat public account - click on the "Microservices" menu bar - click on the "Truck Entry Declaration" function.
Step 2
Click "Driver Entry Declaration" and fill in the vehicle information, driver and accompanying personnel information, shenzhen path and other relevant information, and upload a 48-hour nucleic acid screenshot.
Note: If you have an accompanying person, click the "Add" button in the person information to fill in and add the person information.
Step 3
After all the information is filled in, check the commitment at the bottom of the page and click the "Submit" button to confirm the submission.
Step 4
After successful submission, the QR code link containing the push declaration voucher will be sent to the mobile phone via SMS.
