The huang ju on the screen is independent of the cold autumn, light and thick, clear and eternal. So he took a picture with the painter in the spotlight, and when he returned home, he carefully stored the painting in the top bookcase. Last autumn, just as the moths were singing in the cracks of the stones, I suddenly found that the autumn sound of the painting jumped out, and in the corner under the chrysanthemum fence there were two autumn insects "in the wild in July"!

A few years ago, when I was moving to sort out a bunch of letters, I suddenly touched a hard card, thought it was a CD, and when I held it up, it was Ruan Zhenya who drew a pair of crickets on a small card paper the size of a palm. Ruan Zhen ya is good at painting crickets, but also likes to paint crickets, the most amazing thing is that he once painted two crickets on two thin popsicles, the sticks are only one centimeter wide, but the painting is the same fine, the same meticulous, what kind of eyesight and pen power is needed. This reminds me of an inscription poem written by Ruan Zhenya: "Baishi Shan Weng is grounded, and his pen is heroic and exquisite." Freehand painting is not random, and the master also starts from carving insects. ”

Last year, I also saw a "Dragon Boat Festival" sketch by Ruan Zhenya, which only showed rice dumpling loquat and salted eggs. The calamus that did not appear in the "Dragon Boat Festival" is actually Ruan Zhenya's favorite. In the paintings of Dabogu created by him, the "figure" of this pot of calamus can often be seen. Recently went to the Royal Street Qiantang Calligraphy and Painting Research Society to see the exhibition, found that Ruan Zhenya's desk, there is a small glass tea cup planted with a few small calamus, when I went just happened to bump into him to bring the small tea cup to the sun in the shade of the sidewalk trees. After an hour, he received several groups of visitors, but when he was about to leave, he did not forget to take back the small calamus. Don't look at his height and strength, don't think that he will grin like ordinary men, the subtleties of the painter's life are also beyond the reach of ordinary people.

Art reflects that life is interesting, and art is higher than life to generalize. After the painting is done, it touches the aesthetic nerves of the reader, and what jumps out may be a typical historical memory.

Ruan Zhenya, who loves life, advocates details, is good at layout, and has the kind of pen power rooted in the back of the paper that can be engraved and can be fully expanded. It is a high-level art non-heritage category that integrates epigraphy, archaeology and aesthetics, and is the peak of the development of Chinese rubbing techniques. The full form of the extension came from the cultural relics, and it has now become a cultural relic.

So the people who understand it are happy with themselves; and before and after the Year of the Tiger this spring, Ruan Zhenya, who belongs to the tiger of the zodiac, feels that the tiger paintings hanging in the living room and study are too fierce, so he puts the big eyes, flat body shape, teeth and grin, stupid and cute folk cloth tiger on the annual card, and how many are painted in the year and year, may not be counted.
