Court judgment

In view of the fact that Xiaotian has confessed circumstances, he voluntarily admits guilt and accepts punishment; Xiao Jie has the circumstances of voluntary surrender, voluntarily admits guilt and accepts punishment, and the two defendants can be given a light punishment. Accordingly, defendants Xiaotian and Xiao Jie committed the crime of illegally controlling computer information systems and were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or above and fined. The illegal gains returned by defendant Xiaotian shall be confiscated in accordance with law and handed over to the state treasury. The seized mobile phones of the defendants Xiaotian and Xiao Jie, the tools of the crime, were confiscated in accordance with law.
