Study of "Li Yan Zhai Reappraisal of Stone Records of Ordinary Cases"

author:Far from the Pacific Ocean

First, about the "will of the Dream of the Red Chamber"

The so-called "will" refers to the gist and meaning of the book. This is intentional for the author or critic.

In the historical atmosphere of the prevalence of "word prison", to avoid the book from falling into disaster, the author or critic cannot help but make this "next policy", and the meaning and source of the title of the book are specially marked, as well as the reference to the common names of Chang'an and Zhongjing in the capital.

More importantly, the author has made the main theme of the book clear: "In the middle of the mind.". "Do not dare to interfere with the imperial court", which is followed by a clear statement of position, "Gai Shi does not dare to write about the children's pen Tang Tu imperial court also."

Second, about "Author from the Cloud"

"Because I once had a dream", the special pen pointed out the relationship between the author's life and the book. Therefore, Hu Shi's "self-legend" is more reasonable. The author's dream life, so that it is called "Dream of the Red Chamber", it can be seen that the author seems to want to write life like a dream, everything is a void, a dream of perception or artistic conception. This may be seen as the ideological basis of the author's writing.

Nevertheless, it does not indicate that the author's thinking is withdrawn and gray. As far as the works are concerned, we can see the author's positive and promising attitude towards life and the pursuit of writing, "so the real thing is hidden, and the book "Stone Record" is also written."

Because the "real thing" has been hidden, the author deliberately uses the dream technique to write "a dream that has been experienced". This makes the fantastic character of the book stand out. For example, the title of "Dream of the Red Chamber", the "illusory fate" between Bao Dai, the "too illusory realm", and the various story storms in the Grand View Garden are full of the author's desire to use the "dream" brushstroke to package "the truth and hide the truth". The author specifically declares that he should devote himself to the affairs of the boudoir and "bring out" the affairs of the dpron and politics in one stroke, and must not "call them uneven" or "unprepared." "Why not use a false village dialect to perform a story to please people's ears and eyes?" It can be seen that the dream brushwork is a blindfold method. Dreamers, ethereal, obscure, this is exactly the need for the safety and appropriateness of literary free expression.

Third, the author's "pen and ink"

Leaving aside the dream brushwork, it can be seen that the author's original intention of writing: "[Jia Yu Village] Wind and Dust Nostalgia Show", is the first title of the outline justice also. At the beginning of the volume, the cloud "wind and dust nostalgic boudoir show", it is known that the author originally intended to record the girlfriend's feelings of the day, not the book of the time when complaining about the world. ”

"HuaiYu Xiu" is a reminiscence of the author for all the women who grew up with him, and is the author's work of "mourning gold and mourning jade".

The author "once had a dream", "although today's rafters are fluffy, the tile stove rope bed," and "he wants to make up a record of what he has relied on in the past--the time of relying on Heavenly Grace, the lower inheritance of Zude, the time of brocade, the day of sweetness and beauty, the grace of parents' education, and the virtue of the discipline of the master and brother, so that today he has achieved nothing and is half-dead, so that today he has made up a record to tell the people of the world." ”

Judging from this passage, the author's sense of repentance is quite strong, although he is poor, he is willing to look back at the past and critically look at his own life and the meaning of all people's lives. From this, it is inevitable to touch on a new understanding of the era and environment in which they live. The author seems to be responding to "Heavenly Grace", "Zude", "Parents", and "Brothers" in his own pen. I used to be "dressed in brocade" and "sweet and beautiful", and now I am "accomplishing nothing, half a life is sloppy", can I not be sorry?! However, the author has found guilty of "carrying" and "bearing", which is why.

Here, the first poem in "Dream of the Red Chamber" appears, which is the author's self-titled poem. Poetry:

Floating and very hard to run,

The feast ended.

Sorrow and joy are like illusions,

Ancient and modern dreams are absurd.

Rumors of red sleeves crying heavy,

More obsessive and hateful long.

The words seem to be blood,

Ten years of hard work is unusual. ”

It can be seen that in the past, the author is painfully determined to think about the past: "hard work", "finally dispersed"; the same illusion", "absurd"; "crying marks", "long hatred"; "all are blood", "unusual". It can be seen that its attitude of denying "once had a dream" is clear. This kind of reflection is a spiritual journey with great personal experience, because "the words seem to be blood, and ten years of hard work is unusual." "This so-called one of the so-called pen and ink.

The author goes on to say, "Although my sins are inextricably insoluble, there are people in the boudoir who have been in the past, and they must not be destroyed because I am not shawn." It can be seen that "boudoir Zhao Biography" is the author's original intention of catching the pen as a text. The author is a romantic literati with feelings, with the idea of equal rights of "equality between men and women", so it is said that "today the wind is dusty, nothing has been accomplished, and all the women of the day have been carefully pushed away, and they feel that their deeds and insights are all above me. It can be seen that when the author conceived this book, he had already had a set of self-judgment, appreciation standards, and ways of getting along with the many women living around him. Therefore, in the face of the embarrassing life of "rafters and rafters, tile stove rope beds," I comfortably miss the "all the women" ("wind and dust nostalgia for the girl" in "wind morning and moon, step willow garden flowers"). This is the second of the author's "pen and ink".

Fourth, about the title of the book

Critic Li Yanzhai tells us that "Dream of the Red Chamber", "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" and "Stone Record", "these three have been the highlights of the book." "[If Baoyu dreams, there is a song in the dream, called "The Twelve Branches of the Dream of the Red Chamber", which is the finishing touch of "Dream of the Red Chamber".] Another example is Jia Rui's illness, the lame person holds a mirror, which is the four words of "Wind Moon Treasure Book", which is the point of "Wind Moon Treasure Book". Another example is that when the Daoists saw a story in the great book on the stone, it was the correspondence recorded by the stone, and this was the finishing touch of the "Stone Record". However, "the name is righteous." The meaning of the various titles of this book needs to be carefully considered.

(i)

"Dream of the Red Chamber" is from a twelve-part song rehearsed by the police fairy goddess for Baoyu, "Dream of the Red Chamber Immortal Song". The question is, why did the police fairy go to great lengths to rehearse this "future apocalypse" for a "little fart" (Baoyu was not yet an adult at the time)? What exactly does the Red Chamber mean? Why should the author's "pen and ink bosom" be expressed through the three words of "Dream of the Red Chamber"? Why does it have the status of "total its name" ("A dream of the Red Chamber" is always the name of all of it)?

Jia Rui's illness and death are reminiscent of Ximen Qing's violent death. Both died of indulgence. Is Jia Rui's sudden death (having the opportunity to get close to Sister Feng) to promote Buddhist abstinence, or to promote Taoist health, or confucian "prudence and independence"? If so, what does it have to do with the author's original purpose of "pen and ink"? If not, does the author's sudden insertion of this plot suggest a hint of "self-examination" ("treasure book")?

(ii)

Jia Rui's illness and death are all from Feng Jie's "smart" handwriting. Try to substitute Jia Rui's "life deeds" into the "Smart and Tired" song in the "Twelve Branches of the Dream of the Red Chamber":

"The organs are too clever to calculate Qingqing's life!" ——Jia Rui was lustful and clever, and eventually lost his name.

"The heart is broken before death, and the sex is ethereal after death." - He li lingzhi dim, until death to enlightenment, at this moment "sexual ethereal".

"The rich and the rich will eventually have one, and the dead will scatter and gallop." In vain, I hung half a worldly heart, like a wandering three more dreams. Suddenly the horn is like a building falling, and the darkness is as if the lights are about to run out. Yikes! A joy and sorrow. Sigh the world, it is difficult to determine! After more than a year, Jia Rui's family wealth was exhausted, taking medicine as if eating, life could not be saved in the end, and he died in the "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon", and his life was whimpering.

Substitute Jared into this song, the interpretation and ending of the story, there are indeed seven or eight similarities! If this comparison holds, then it is certain that the meaning of the second title of the book is also buried by the author. On the surface, "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" writes about the taboos of men and women, but in fact it is written about the taboos of life, and the so-called "smart is mistaken by smart" is also!

The four most inked women in this book, Dai Yu is the goddess of love, Bao Chao is the goddess of reason, Feng Jie is the goddess of desire, and Jia Mu is the goddess of happiness. "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" is a game of truth, goodness and beauty and false ugliness in the realm of life, and it is the four experiences pursued in life. "The empty karate man is born of love because of emptiness, from the color of the emotion, from the color of the emotion, from the color of Wukong, so changed his name to the love monk..." (see the first time), the author's own observation, I wonder if it is possible to make a supplementary note for this statement? A laugh!

(iii)

"Another example is that when the Daoists saw a story in the great book on the stone with their own eyes, it was the correspondence recorded by the stone, and this is the highlight of the "Stone Record."" Writing and painting on stones seems to be the oldest cultural creation activity of mankind. The author carved the story of "Dream of the Red Chamber" and the revelation of "Treasure Book of the Wind and Moon" on the stone, which seems to be an expression of self-confidence and ambition.

Looking at the whole book, it can be concluded that this book is the highest level of "encyclopedic" literature in ancient China. Carving it into stone does have a long-standing and ever-lasting pursuit. In addition, the impressive one is the "Ten Commandments of Moses", which was also carved on the stone slab by Jehovah God. It can be seen from this that the words on the Book of Stones are definitely not ordinary words, but in a sense a "book of heaven" inspired by heaven! Lu Xun commented: "The scribes see Yi, the Taoists see adultery, the Caizi see the entanglement, the revolutionaries see the rows, and the gossips see the secret affairs of the palace. Bai Xianyong believes that Jia Baoyu represents Buddhism, Lin Daiyu represents Taoism, and Xue Baochao represents Confucianism. He said: "Dream of the Red Chamber applies the three philosophies of Confucianism and Taoism freely and through the whole process. He believes that these are the three philosophies of Chinese, and the three realms of life. It does not rely on which side of the Confucian Interpretation Tao, the three are like the soft curves of the Taiji diagram, so "Dream of the Red Chamber" integrates the Confucian Interpretation Tao, the depth of the mysteries, and the idleness of the adolescent men and women in the Grand View Garden? It is precisely for these reasons that the original face of "The Book of Stones" is hidden, and it is famous for "Dream of the Red Chamber"! As the author's most devoted confidant and creative partner, Li Yanzhai commented on this book, and its title, "Li Yanzhai Reappraisal of the Stone Record", is extremely illustrative.

To sum up, the opening statement of "the purpose of this book" has to be so bitter, which is also the hidden connotation of the tragedy of this book.
