Hu Zhengrong combined his own experience and said that it was very stressful to take over as the dean of the School of Journalism and Communication. Although he has been doing journalism and communication education for 40 years, from an ordinary teacher to a university president, during his tenure, he has built the Communication University of China into a world-class discipline construction university, but in the face of the new requirements of building a science-education integration college, it still needs to adapt. He had high hopes for the future development of the School of Journalism and Communication. He believes that the integration of science and education is a new starting point, a new opportunity and a new direction. In the future, the School of Journalism and Communication should further expand on the four major missions of higher education.
