La Liga round 31 will start with two Andalusian derbys, after which Villarreal and Athletic Bilbao will face off for Champions League qualification and Barcelona will be at home to Levante. A fiery round of matches will be staged over the weekend.
The first Andalusian derby will be Sevilla at home to Granada at 03:00 a.m. Beijing time on Saturday, with Julen Lopetegui's side still unwinned in the last four league games and they are desperate to find the feeling of victory in the regional derby.
At 20:00 Beijing time on Saturday night, Cadiz will stage a second Andalusian derby at home with Real Betis, and local fans are very much looking forward to this match.
The next three games were played by teams that were playing in the Champions League. Atletico Madrid and Mallorca will be played at 22:15 Beijing time on Saturday, and Atletico will not take this opponent lightly, as Mallorca has beaten Atletico at the beginning of the season.
There will be a wonderful showdown at 00:30 a.m. Beijing time on Sunday, with Villarreal hosting Athletic Bilbao. Then, at 22:15 on Sunday evening, there will be a contest between mid-range teams, with Celta and Espanyol scoring 36 points and ranking 11th and 12th.
Another noteworthy match will begin at 00:30 a.m. on Monday, when Elche hosts Real Sociedad, and since the two teams rarely have more than one goal difference and conceded, it will presumably be a match.
Monday's 03:00 a.m. was the penultimate matchup between Levante and Barcelona, however, in the last five trips to Valencia, the Ross and the Blues have won only once, and Levante has proven time and time again that they have a good performance against the strong teams at home. The Frogs have already taken points at home from Real Madrid and Atletico madrid this season and will certainly fight for every point against Xavi's side in the early hours of Monday morning to avoid relegation.
The closing match of round 31 will be staged at 03:00 on April 12, with Vallecano hosting Valencia. Rayo Vallecano is still waiting for the first victory in La Liga in 2022 and they will have to be cautious about every game before the relegation battle heats up.
