In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Flood Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, the Flood Prevention Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Drought Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Safety Management of Small Reservoirs, and the Regulations on the Safety Management of Reservoir Dams in Fujian Province (for Trial Implementation), after research, it has been determined that the personnel responsible for flood prevention and drought control and drought control in key cities (market) towns, small and medium-sized reservoirs (hydropower stations) and xiaoshantang with important flood prevention impacts in the county in 2022 have been determined.
All townships (streets) and relevant project management units should promptly notify all kinds of responsible persons to take up their posts, earnestly perform their duties in flood prevention work, and strengthen the flood prevention and security work in key cities (market) towns, small and medium-sized reservoirs (hydropower stations) in our county, and small mountain ponds affected by important flood prevention, so as to ensure the safety of floods. The responsible person of the government shall fully perform the responsibility of safety supervision and leadership, coordinate and solve major problems in the safety management of reservoir dams; the responsible persons of the competent departments shall undertake the responsibility of supervising the safe operation of reservoir dams, and guide and supervise the management units to strengthen daily operation management and maintenance. It is necessary to strictly enforce discipline in flood prevention, and all kinds of responsible persons who have caused serious losses due to dereliction of duty and ineffective work will be investigated and punished in accordance with the "Flood Prevention Law" and the "Provisions of the State Council on the Investigation of Administrative Responsibility for Extraordinarily Serious Safety Responsibility Accidents" and other laws and regulations.
