2. Second, the on-site window to handle the implementation of the "Zhihui Qibin" mini program appointment
Starting from April 11, 2022 (Monday), all service matters of the Qibin District Administrative Service Center will be booked through the "Zhihui Qibin" Mini Program (see Appendix 1 for details), as follows:
1. Appointment time: 8:00-12:00 in the morning, 14:30-17:30 in the afternoon.
2. After the reservation is successful, go to the lobby according to the appointment time (you need to carry your ID card, show the itinerary card, the venue code and the appointment number), if you do not arrive at the time to handle, you need to re-make an appointment, and all the reservation codes expire without waiting.
3. Special reminder
1. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the itinerary card with "*" personnel need to carry a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate into the hall; returning crane personnel in medium and high-risk areas, the itinerary code and the place code are prohibited from entering the hall, and those who really need to handle it should be handled online.
2. Due to the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control at this stage, the masses who have successfully made an appointment through the "Zhihui Qibin" mini program, please go to the corresponding window of the hall to handle business according to the time period specified in the reservation code, and the masses who arrive in the hall in advance should consciously wait in line outside the hall, maintain a distance of more than one meter, and avoid causing personnel to gather.
3. Due to the restriction of the flow of people during the epidemic period, in addition to the fact that two people need to be present at the same time (such as marriage registration) to handle business, the rest of the window business processing only allows one person to enter the hall with an ID card, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, do a good job of personal protection, please take online consultation or telephone consultation.
