1. The vertical distance between the overhead line conductor and the building, in the case of the maximum calculation arc sag, meets the provisions of Table 1:

The minimum horizontal distance between the side wire and the urban multi-storey building or urban planning building line under the condition of the maximum calculated wind deviation of the overhead power line, as well as the minimum distance between the side wire and the urban building that is not within the planning scope, should meet the provisions of Table 2. The minimum distance between the overhead power line side wires and the urban buildings that are not within the planned scope should not be less than 50% of the values listed in Table 2 in the absence of wind bias.
3. The distance between the pre-installed substation and the civil building
The fire distance between a pre-installed substation of 10kV and below and a civil building should not be less than 3m.
