2. Applicable population
The volume of the hearing aid will affect its high power, and the back of the ear hearing aid is the largest of several common digital hearing aids, so the high power is also larger than several other models, and people with mild to severe hearing loss are available. The relatively small in-ear hearing aid is generally only suitable for people with mild to moderate to severe hearing loss.
Since in-ear hearing aids are worn in the external auditory canal and the cavanna, if the ear canal is too narrow or too wide, or if the water and pus often flow due to inflammation, it is not suitable for wearing such hearing aids.

In-ear hearing aids can be installed with dual microphones, pickup coils and other additional components, noise reduction function is better, performance is stronger; the compensation ability of high-frequency sound is better, which helps to improve the wearer's speech comprehensibility; the sound effect is better than that of the back of the ear hearing aid, but after wearing, the ear canal is relatively closed, which is easy to produce an ear blocking effect.
Fourth, the comparison of convenience
The shell of the in-ear hearing aid is customized according to the shape of the ear canal and the ear cavity, so it will be more stable and less easy to fall off than the hearing aid directly hanging on the back of the ear, and it is relatively less susceptible to water and sweat, but it is easily affected by cerumen (commonly known as ear feces). Therefore, the back of the ear hearing aid needs to be done more in place in terms of drying and maintenance, and the in-ear hearing aid should be diligent in cleaning the cerumen.
