After the investigation by the police, it was determined that the takeaway brother had committed traffic violations such as running red lights twice, using other motor vehicle number plates twice, driving without a license, and not listening to traffic police commands, and he would face a fine of more than 10,000 yuan and a penalty of administrative detention of less than 15 days.
