Project overview

The project is located in Lingbao City East Industrial Agglomeration Zone, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, is the largest industrial sewage treatment project in Lingbao City, with a total construction scale of 30,000 m³/d, a total area of 28,656 square meters, of which the first phase of construction scale is 10,000 m³/d, the total investment of the first phase of the project is 35 million yuan, and the first phase covers an area of 12,300 square meters.

The project adopts the BOT model, with a concession period of 30 years (including the construction period), mainly treating industrial sewage in the park, domestic sewage of enterprise employees and domestic sewage of nearby residents, and the effluent quality implements the First Class A standard of "Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" (GB18918-2002).

Sewage characteristics

The sewage treated in this project is mainly industrial sewage, which mainly contains pollutants such as CODcr, TN, NH3-N and TP. Because the TN removal rate in sewage should reach 57%, the NH3-N removal rate should reach 80%, and the TP removal rate should reach 85.7%, it is necessary to use a biological treatment process with good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect.

Project difficulty analysis

Lingbao City, the city east of the Badi River is undergoing large-scale urban construction, because the east of the city sewage plant has not yet been built, the sewage collection pipe network is not yet perfect, resulting in domestic sewage, industrial production wastewater in the area can only be discharged into the natural ditch, polluting the urban environment and downstream river.

This project adopts a combination of secondary biological treatment and advanced treatment, the secondary biological treatment adopts the modified A/A/O biological treatment process, the deep treatment adopts the activated sand filtration process, the sludge treatment and disposal adopts mechanical concentration and dehydration and then transports it to the nearby thermal power plant for mixed incineration treatment and sludge landfill as an alternative disposal method, and the disinfection process adopts chlorine dioxide disinfection process.

Highlights of technical process advantages

(1) Improved A/A/O process on the basis of the traditional A/A/O process to add a pre-hypoxia tank, pre-hypoxia tank and the role of biological selector, activated sludge here into endogenous respiration, denitrification and achieve nitrogen removal effect, to solve the nitrate, DO on the subsequent anaerobic pool phosphorus release interference, has a good nitrogen removal effect, and make full use of the carbon source in the sewage, low operating costs.

(2) Activated sand filter does not need to be stopped for backwashing; single-stage filter material is used, no gradation is required, there is no problem of uneven hydraulic distribution and primary filtrate; there is no need for electric and pneumatic valves for backwashing pump and its shutdown switching; no need for a single coagulation and clarification tank, no need for coagulation and clarification of mechanical equipment. As a result, activated sand filtration systems have a more compact footprint and are more economical in operating costs.

(3) The project water reaches the reuse standard, in addition to the staff domestic water using tap water, other process water, equipment washing, road watering and greening are used after the treatment of the standard water, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction, recycling of water resources.
