On the morning of September 29, the Standing Committee of the District Committee held a meeting to study the work of safe production.
Cao Liqiang, secretary of the district party committee, pointed out that it is necessary to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on safe production, attach great importance to it, sound the alarm bell for a long time, and effectively implement various safety management mechanisms in accordance with the "resilient city" standard, and go all out to ensure the safety and stability of urban areas.
The first is to tighten the strings ideologically. Adhere to the supremacy of the people and the supremacy of life, firmly establish the "bottom line awareness" of safe production, resolutely overcome the paralyzing thinking and fluke psychology, continuously improve the modernization level of the safety production governance system and governance capabilities, and firmly adhere to the bottom line of urban safety.
The second is the detailed implementation of responsibilities. Compaction work responsibility, layer by layer of pressure, functional departments to implement the responsibility of supervision, streets and towns to assume territorial responsibility, enterprises to perform the main responsibility, each to do their part, grasp the joint management, promote the responsibility of interlocking, form a closed loop, to ensure that safe production is foolproof.
The third is to implement it strictly and quickly. Focus on important points such as construction sites and underground spaces, as well as important areas such as food hygiene and epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in safe production, and immediately investigate and change problems when they are found, that is, change them as soon as they are known. Streets and towns should take the lead in building a platform and coordinating with relevant departments to carry out joint law enforcement, not only to act vigorously, but also to administer according to law, and to link up and join hands to form a joint force for safe production work.
