Latitude and longitude can quickly correspond to geographical locations
To know what country is on the back side of China, we must first understand the formation structure of the earth. Geographically, China's range is west of the western Pacific ocean and north of the Himalayas; theoretically, if we want to quickly find out who the country north of China is, we only need to make a vertical line from China through the center of the earth, so that naturally we can find the country on the back of China.
But this is always the theoretical way, whether it is now or in the future, the progress of human scientific and technological civilization will be difficult to cross the diameter of the earth of about 12742 kilometers.
In the last century, the former Soviet Union did a crazy "drill through the earth" experiment, and the experiment was forced to stop at a depth of less than 12,000 meters in the earth's crust, because the temperature here was too high, the rock turned into liquid magma, and the drill bit could not continue downward.
But these 12,000 meters have not even scratched the skin of the earth, if the earth is compared to an egg, then the former Soviet Union this activity still stays on the eggshell. This shows how difficult it is to drill through the earth, with the current technology of mankind, it is very difficult to drill through one thousandth of the diameter of the earth, and we must find new ways to judge who the country on the back of China is.
Fortunately, there is no way out, and the drilling experiment is impossible, but we still have mathematical tools that can be used. In order to accurately locate the location of various regions on the earth, scientists have relied on latitude and longitude to strictly divide the earth into many grids, and each network represents an absolute position, thus completing the task of positioning and navigation.
China is located in South America on the back side of the earth
This is convenient for us to find the country on the back, mark the unique coordinates of any point on the earth by latitude and longitude, and then convert the latitude and longitude coordinates to get the accurate coordinates of the other side of the earth.
The process is not complicated, just need to ensure that the corresponding two points must pass through the center of the earth.
For the simplest example, the coordinates of 90 degrees east longitude and 30 degrees north latitude must correspond to 90 degrees west longitude and 30 degrees south latitude through the center of the earth, which is actually not complicated, and this method is more convenient and accurate than drilling through the earth.
In fact, there is a problem here, although a certain point of latitude and longitude can quickly find a relative position on the earth, but China is a country with an area of 9.6 million square kilometers, and this huge area is obviously more difficult to accurately correspond to the geographical location on the back of the earth.
The solution is nothing more than two: one is to use the China boundary line as a test index of latitude and longitude, and then correspond to the latitude and longitude of the earth's back side one by one, so that the range of countries on the back side of the earth can be obtained. However, the amount of engineering in this way is too large, and in practice, we generally do not use this time-consuming and laborious method, but judge it through the most representative central point.
Do you know where the most central location of China is? Scientists have long given the standard answer: Shijiesi Village, Yongle Town, Jingyang County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. If you have time to travel here, you will find that there is a small courtyard in the village, and the sign of "Origin of the Earth" hangs in front of the courtyard, which means that this is the most central location in China.
Since December 1978, the central location of the village has not changed, and its specific location is 34° 32′ 27.00" N and 108° 55′ 25.00" E. Of course, this position is not absolute, and if we have territorial expansion in the future, the location of the center point will also change.
Taking the central point of The Stone Shrine Village as the standard, we can easily find the corresponding area on the back of China, which is 34° 32′ 27.00" S and 71° 04′ 35.00" W. Where is this location? When we turn the globe, we find that it is located in the territory of the Chilean country, in South America.

Finally, although Chile corresponds to the mainland at the center point, this does not mean that Chile is China's country on the back side of the earth.
In fact, China's countries on the far side of the earth are Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and parts of Paraguay, as well as a small part of the southwest Pacific Ocean and the southern Atlantic Ocean.
The reason is that we have already said in detail above, China is a behemoth with 9.6 million square kilometers and a water area of more than 4.7 million square kilometers, if only one country is used to correspond to China's relative position, this is obviously not rigorous enough.
You know, the total area of South America is only 18 million square kilometers, and it is just in the back of the center of China, so it is not too much for us to divide more than half of the corresponding countries, right?
