On April 2, the Military Reclamation Academy held a symposium and medal awarding ceremony for inheriting the culture of military reclamation at the Mustang International Hotel.
Cui Chaoqun, president of Junken College, Liu Shuhuan, honorary dean, and Jin Yunlong, Li Shunkang, Xue Yan, Wang Yan, Peng Guoying, and Hu Yueting, vice presidents of Junken College, attended the forum.
At the forum, Ruan Ye, professor of Xinjiang University and deputy director of the Red Culture Research Center, was hired as the honorary dean of the Junken Academy, the famous calligrapher Li Ping was hired as a contracted calligrapher of the Junken Academy, and Wang Dejiu, general manager of Xinjiang Haoye Tongjian Construction Company, was hired as a director of the Junken Academy.
Dean Cui Chaoqun delivered a speech. He said: Since its establishment, the Academy has regarded the introduction of qualified personnel as an element of strategic development. Today, Professor Ruan Ye and three other comrades have joined the ranks of the Military Reclamation Academy, and on behalf of my colleagues in the Military Reclamation Academy, I would like to extend my warmest welcome to their arrival. It is hoped that they will give full play to their respective strengths to make new contributions to the development of the Military Reclamation Academy.
It is understood that the Junken Academy was established in June 2021 to carry forward the spirit of Xinjiang and inherit the culture of military reclamation, and to carry out the creation, promotion, display and training of literature and art.
