Since March 2017, astronauts have fully transitioned to the mission preparation phase of the space station. They must go through high-intensity training in eight categories and more than 100 subjects, as well as nearly 100 engineering development and experimental activities, and constantly strengthen their comprehensive practical combat capabilities.

You can see that in this trough with a diameter of twenty-three meters and a depth of ten meters, an underwater model of the core capsule of our space station is placed, which is exactly the same in appearance as the core capsule of the space station in our space.
During the training, the astronauts, dressed in underwater training suits, were placed by cranes in a 10-meter-deep tank and increased or decreased counterweights by using lead blocks to enable astronauts to reach a neutral buoyancy state. Huang Weifen, chief designer of the astronaut system of China's manned space project: Aerospace professional technical training and flight program simulation training are the top priorities of our astronaut training, including space station technical training, mechanical arm training, etc. These trainings are brand new and are carried out for the characteristics of space station missions. The goal of the training is also to equip astronauts with the ability to carry out tasks in terms of mind, body, psychology, knowledge reserves and skills.
After the first batch of astronauts entered the space station, in order to allow astronauts to quickly adapt to the space station environment and enter the working state, the astronaut scientific research and training center also specially carried out a large number of simulator training for the astronaut crew.

Each of us astronauts has to undergo a long period of training in this space station module simulator, which is a complete simulation of the astronauts' work life and flight in space.
Deng Hua, associate researcher of the China Astronaut Scientific Research and Training Center: After the Shen 12 multipliers group entered our core module, the astronauts needed to manage the classification of the cargo package, and all these processes needed to carry out various trainings in our core module simulator.
During the simulator training of the outgoing activity program, the astronauts are suspended in the air, and in the case of simulating the space environment to the greatest extent, a series of trainings such as the use of extravehicular clothing, equipment operation, and extravehicular activity procedures are carried out, which greatly tests the astronauts' familiarity with the operation and psychological quality.

Before astronauts fly into space, they have to complete a series of operations on the ground, including single muscle training, as well as training in the out-of-the-cabin activity program. Everyone now sees that this scene is a training scene of the Tianhe core module node module, in which astronauts can complete some preparations before the outgoing activities, including the training of some activities such as opening the hatch.
High-intensity training puts forward higher requirements for the health of astronauts, and the astronaut scientific research and training center regularly evaluates the health status of astronauts through a variety of means.

We have a special doctor health care team, as well as our corresponding physical training instructors, corresponding medical supervision and medical insurance doctors, corresponding nutritionists, and now it is a multi-dimensional integrated health care and intervention.
