As a human being, we must not indulge in this low-level happiness, but should pursue a deeper level of happiness, which is the true happiness that truly belongs to us humans.
For example, reading, writing, working, fitness, and so on.
Before the beginning, you may feel a lot of pain, but when you stick to it, you will feel the joy behind it.
In the case of "writing," I have said more than once that writing is a very painful thing, and this mental pain is no less than physical pain.
This has nothing to do with your ability to write and how much, not to say that your writing ability is low, and you will feel pain if you can't write.
Even well-known writers, in the process of writing, are also inevitably subjected to this kind of torture.
But when you really stick to it and survive this stage, you will find that this happiness is really refreshing, and it can't be expressed in words, just like you have done a difficult thing well.
Because this happiness is really emanating from the depths of the heart, not the kind of happiness that only stays on the surface and lasts longer.
This happiness is also the root cause that sustains, one person after another, to do things that seem to make them miserable, but without fear.

As I get older, I now have an inexplicable sense of urgency about time, and I always feel that I still have many things to do and have not had time to do.
Just like the scene of the Three Kingdoms mentioned earlier, just imagine that you were the "Chen Palace" at that time, who treated every day as the last day, and you knew why you had to work hard.
To exaggerate, even when you sleep, you feel like it's wasting.
In a book by "Feng Tang", "Feng Tang's Thoughts on Accomplishing Things", it is mentioned why it is necessary to work hard, and Feng Tang said: Because I don't want to leave such a good world to a group of fools.
Yeah, as my friend's example goes.
Even a man like me, who has worked so hard and often taught him, can't change him, so let him go and let them continue to indulge in this so-called happiness.
So, why should I work so hard?
Because I don't want to leave such a good world to such a bunch of idiots, it's really a waste.
