Five years after joining Arsenal, 17-year-old midfielder Bradley Ibrahim signed his first professional contract with the club.
Arsenal have already announced Ibrahim has signed his first professional contract with the team, with the youngster recently making his debut in premier league reserves.
Ibrahim will turn 17 in October and will therefore be able to sign a professional contract. Recent performances have also driven things forward, and he is starting to stand out from the U18.
The midfielder has been a regular starter for the U18 this season, sometimes playing in midfield and sometimes filling vacancies at centre-backs.
In February, he made his first U23 start against Leicester City and has made two more appearances since then.
In the U23 and U18 leagues, Ibrahim has made 19 appearances and has also played in several Premier League matches. In a 4-0 win over Chelsea's U18 in January, he scored his only goal so far.
Although he had to play multiple positions, he was a solid player in both age groups and was therefore a useful part of the squad, with whom Arsenal had signed.
"I'm really grateful for this opportunity," Ibrahim said. "I want to keep going and keep training hard to cash in on all my talents."

According to reports, Real Madrid are interested in bringing in Tierney for £50 million.
The Sunday Post reported that Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti decided to secure the club's transfer of Arsenal player Tierney this summer, and they prepared a 50 million offer.
