At present, the Songshan Lake production base has completed the construction of 2 solid crystal production lines, and will continue to add production lines in the future to meet the production capacity demand of the company's MiniLED glass-based backlight module products.
In terms of UTT folding screen, Voger Optoelectronics pointed out that the company's UTT technology can thin the glass to 25um, so that it can be flexibly foldable, and the current mass production application of the company's UTT technology is mainly reflected in the thinning or bending demand for the glass substrate in the field of optoelectronic precision components or photoelectric display by superimposing UTG ultra-thin glass technology based on other leading core technologies that the company has.
Specifically:
1, based on UTT + precision line etching technology of ultra-thin glass substrate, due to the glass substrate has high heat resistance, high stability and other product application advantages, follow-up in the field of photoelectric display and semiconductor display in the field of new materials and new technology iteration plays an important role, such as ultra-thin glass-based MiniLED backlight module and direct display products, products are mainly used in laptops, pads, car displays, etc., the company has completed the relevant samples, some products have passed customer verification, and is expected to achieve partial mass production this year;
2, ultra-thin touch sensor, the company uses UTG technology to supply Qualcomm's under-screen fingerprint module products, has been mass-produced for three years;
3. Based on UTG+3A technology, ultra-thin anti-glare, anti-fingerprint, anti-oil and anti-reflection and hard glass cover products, which will greatly enhance the display effect, touch performance, eye protection function and reduce product thickness of electronic display products. Up to now, the company's UTG plus AG cover plate has been applied to the e-book products of a well-known international company;
4. Ultra-thin touch screen product based on UTG+TP, which has great market application space in the fields of laptop, PAD, car display and so on. The company will pay close attention to and follow up the market dynamics, actively promote the progress of mass production and increase the scale of mass production.
In the automotive field, as of now, Voger Optoelectronics has accumulated many well-known automotive terminal customers such as SAIC-GM, GAC Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Great Wall, Changan, Chery, Jachuai, GAC, etc., and has signed strategic cooperation agreements with leading automotive product customers in the industry.
