On the morning of October 22, 2020, Yang Jiao and five members of the Archives Department of the Provincial People's Procuratorate Office visited the Ninger County People's Procuratorate to conduct special inspections and investigations on the effectiveness of the special inventory of litigation archives, the implementation of relevant work norms, and the problems existing in the archiving work, accompanied by Luo Henglian, member of the party group and deputy procurator general of our hospital.
The research team commented on whether the litigation file file was standardized and complete by inspecting the hardware facilities of the archive warehouse, spot checking, flipping through the archived litigation archives and the procuratorial committee's case discussion records. At the same time, it was pointed out that there are still three problems and deficiencies in the special inventory of litigation archives in our hospital, and called for serious rectification: First, the attention is not in place, and there is a gap in understanding. No effective measures have been taken to effectively strengthen supervision and management, and the work of inventorying litigation archives is not serious and meticulous enough; second, the inventory is not thorough, and there are discrepancies in the data. The archives did not strictly and conscientiously compare the case data filled in by the undertaker in the unified business application system and the case registration form received by the undertaking department with the case data actually received, and signed and confirmed; third, the binding and archiving were not standardized, and the information was incomplete. The on-the-file information was not filled in in strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
Deputy Procurator General Luo Henglian said that archival work and case-handling work are inseparable, and archival work is related to the long-term development of the procuratorial cause, is an important carrier of the history of procuratorial development, and carries the inheritance function of traceability, replicability and research of procuratorial work. In the future work, our hospital will be guided by the problems found in the investigation and investigation of the provincial court, effectively strengthen leadership, consolidate responsibilities, and once again carry out serious and meticulous inventory and rectification to ensure that all litigation files are standardized and safely archived.
