After the "Leather Rider" La Ryan launched the EA version of Baldur's Gate 3, players have been battling the Forgotten Realm and Flashback for nearly two years. On these days, players can feel that "Baldur's Gate 3" has a considerable amount of content, although it can only stay in the dark region at present in the EA stage. Relative to the amount of content, Larian Studios is now 10 times larger than it was in 2014 when "Original Sin" was released. Studio founder Swen Vincke said that more than 400 people have been working on "Bode's Gate 3", which he and the studio did not expect.

Swen Vincke said That Baldur's Gate 3 is now a "benchmark" for the DND 5e rule in video games, which he believes is already very good, but it will get better and better. Because a lot of the developers at La Ryan Studios are fans of the original, they're trying to make Baldur's Gate 3 better. If Swen Vincke himself had forced them to lower their expectations and standards, there would probably have been a riot within the studio to overthrow him.
There are a lot of steps in making a game now, and a lot of people need to look at the content: designers, animators, voice directors, lighting, visual effects, SFX, etc., so the entire "Baldur Gate 3" project is no longer as simple as adding a work line. The studio itself had to reinvent itself.
