Shi Weibin's column | Good father, can't forget."

Editor's Note

The long-lasting epidemic, the sudden disaster, and the big dispute remind us again and again that the world is unpredictable and life is uncertain.

Nineteen years ago, a pair of sisters who were only 9 years old and 7 years old, after their father died of SARS, published a children's book called "Good Dad, Can't Forget" in order to commemorate their father and comfort their mother. "Even though Dad is gone, we still think of him—of playing with him, talking to him, sharing with him, loving him," the book reads. It's a deep thought. I didn't cry so much. In fact, now I'm not crying at all. It's not that I don't love my dad, but if I cry, I'll make my mom cry. ”...... So sensible, helpless, strong, optimistic, the editor can't help but be moved.

Things are uncertain. Not only is it unpredictable, but sometimes it's dangerous. We can face ups and downs and helplessness at any time. The only thing we can do is cherish the moment, cherish our families and the people and things around us.

Gratitude is the best attitude in life. May the years come and go as the song goes.

It's a book written by two little girls. The two girls are two sisters, one is 9-year-old Zhu Jiayu and the other is 7-year-old Zhu Jiashan.

The father of the two girls was Jushid, who was a lawyer in New York. In order to use the new computer software to teach Chinese mainland children to learn English, he went to Live in Hong Kong with his wife and two daughters. Last year he contracted SARS and died tragically. A happy and happy family, suddenly plunged into grief and despair. The two little girls missed their father who had left the world, and wanted to do something to comfort their mother, who often cried, so they wrote this book "Good Daddy, Can't Forget".

When the child's father was in the hospital, Jia Yu and Jia Shan wrote a few poems, hoping that Dad would come home safely. Dad died, and they hoped he was still there and could snuggle up next to him.

The mother of the child has been a housewife for a long time, and when her husband dies, she has to face life, has to deal with many problems, and has to raise two daughters alone, and often cries for this. Two lovely girls, seeing their mother sad, like little angels to give their mother comfort and support. When 7-year-old Iesugi saw that her mother wanted to be a god, she asked her, "Mom, are you missing your father?" Then he said, "I see you in a room." There were two signs there, one was 'no entry' and the other was 'no leave'. What a wise word, which is a good indication of my mother's state of mind. Mom asked her, "How much do you love Mommy?" Izuma said, "Every one loves a two, every sock loves a shoe, every candle loves a cake, and I love you." "Full of innocence and so touching.

In the children's book "Good Daddy, Can't Forget", a 9-year-old Zhu Jiayu's "The Day Dad Is Away" is particularly touching. She writes:

"No one in this world lives forever. One by one, people age and die. Some people die of illness; some people die of natural causes; some people die of misfortune. My father left the world with SARS, and my mom and sister had to rely on each other. ”

"Sometimes we cry when we think of our father, but we know to let go and let it pass. Fortunately, we made many friends, and even if we didn't have a father around, life was easier. ”

"When we know we don't have to face the world alone, we feel a lot of comfort. Although at night, my mother would cry. But now she cries less, and if she doesn't cry anymore, I'll be much happier. ”

"Even though Dad is gone, we still think of him — of playing with him, of talking to him, of sharing with him, of loving him. It's a deep thought. I didn't cry so much. In fact, now I'm not crying at all. It's not that I don't love my dad, but if I cry, I'll make my mom cry. ”

"During the day, I do something to distract myself and not to think back... Because I know that if I keep missing and missing my father, I will live in pain forever. So far, I've had a very good idea. ...... But I don't think it works for my mother. She's lived with her dad for too long... It was really difficult for her to let go... Now that Dad is gone, I want to keep him in my memories. I can only remember that he was a good dad. ”

What a cute and sensible little girl, the article is so real and so moving. The book was published by Breakthrough Publishing House in Hong Kong, and the full proceeds of the book will be allocated to the education fund for these two girls.

This book brought tears to my eyes as I read it. Everyone's happiness is not inevitable. However, how many people are "born in bliss and do not know the blessing"?
