In accordance with the principle of "horizontal categories and longitudinal exposition of historical facts" in the local chronicle, the second floor is divided into 6 exhibition halls, including the Preface Hall, the City Wangbashu, the Silk Capital Millennium, the Wensheng Ancient and Modern, the Feeling of Home and country, and the Folk Customs and Customs. The first exhibition hall is called "Chengwang Bashu", which combs the historical evolution process of Nanchong on the axis of time, and comprehensively reproduces the history of Nanchong's establishment history, the evolution of place names, the changes in city walls and urban memory; the second exhibition hall is called "Silk Capital Millennium", which mainly introduces the process of nanchong's economic and industrial development; the third exhibition hall is called "Wensheng Ancient and Modern", showing Nanchong's education, science and technology, health, Development and evolution of sports, culture and art. The fourth exhibition hall, "Feeling Home country", shows Nanchong's profound red cultural heritage. The most down-to-earth is the fifth exhibition hall "Folk Customs", which shows the historical and cultural charm and folk customs of Nanchong's unique local characteristics.
In the Fangzhi Cultural Corridor of the Shengshi Xiuzhi Cultural Exhibition Hall on the third floor, the achievements of Fangzhi in various counties (cities, districts) in our city are displayed in all aspects. In the FangzhiGuan Collection Reading Functional Area, there is also an electronic reading room, an academic exchange salon and a book reading area. At present, the collection scale of the Municipal Fangzhi Museum has reached more than 20,000 volumes and nearly 600 kinds.
In addition to the rich exhibition content, digital services are also one of the characteristics of the Municipal Fangzhi Museum. There are two touch computers in the museum, and the public can click to browse the rich and detailed content outside the exhibition hall when visiting. The museum also embeds functions such as genealogy roots-finding and dialect sourcing interesting knowledge interactive experience. "We also have a studio in the museum, which means that everyone is a passer-by of history, where people can express their feelings and experiences of Fangzhi culture and greet the people of the world in the Nanchong dialect." Jia Jingmilling, director of the Municipal Local History Office, introduced that Fangzhiguan is a professional exhibition hall that rises in the new era, and at the beginning of the construction of Nanchong Fangzhiguan, it was based on the "cultural window, urban living room" for high-level exhibition, seeking to display the concept design of Nanchong's historical and cultural context and the characteristics of Fangzhi's cultural industry, using Nanchong elements, reflecting Nanchong's characteristics, displaying Nanchong culture, and displaying Nanchong's geographical, city and people's conditions in three dimensions.
According to reports, after the opening of the Municipal Fangzhi Museum, it will adhere to the normal opening of the museum and adopt three methods of "timing, orientation and reservation". For the public, it is open free of charge every Wednesday and Saturday all day; for important government reception and cadres of government units, important merchants, professionals, etc., the museum is opened in a targeted manner; for large tourism teams, foreign inspection teams, school teachers and students, community masses, enterprise employees, etc., the museum is opened by appointment. "We will follow the concept of 'understanding the needs of the masses, meeting the needs of guests, and exceeding social expectations', and provide a series of services such as guidance, consultation, and explanation for each visitor." "Silk Capital Millennium" exhibition hall: The historical silk capital of Nanchong from the cultivation of mulberry silkworms to the silk industry, from bicycles to automobile auto parts industry, from the "sheep intestine nine curves" to the current traffic network in all directions, along the course of time, The relevant economic industries in Various Periods of Nanchong are either static or dynamic on the long scroll.
