The CPUs announced by NVIDIA include Grace Hopper and Grace CPU Superchip, the most powerful Grace CPU Superchip, which uses two Grace CPUs in a total of 144 CPU cores, supports LPDDR5X ECC memory, and has a bandwidth of up to 1TB/s.
